The Three Principles Beliefs Scale: Development and Preliminary Validation

Understanding how interventions create change is an important challenge in mental health research. This preprint introduces the Three Principles Beliefs Scale (3PBS), a newly developed measure designed to assess beliefs associated with the Three Principles of Health Realization. The study presents initial evidence for the scale's psychometric properties and explores how these beliefs relate to wellbeing, supporting future research into potential mechanisms of change.
